Jacqueline A. Seabrooks, after spending 36 years in Southern California law enforcement, the final ten of which were spent in service as the Chief of Police in the cities of Inglewood (CA) and Santa Monica (CA) respectively, she retired from what she states, “I can only characterize as a very rewarding career in public safety service.” She has moved to Dallas, Texas. She plans to put my comprehensive executive capabilities to work in an encore career and by actively supporting her community through volunteerism.
